At present, the steel bridge is one of the most important structural types in the construction of modern bridge in China. Etablished in 1997, ZTSS has obtained Class 1 steel structure engineering contracting qualification in China, mainly involving steel bridge structure engineering business and with an annual processing capacity of 160,000 tons.

Since its establishment, the company has successively undertaken and completed more than 100 domestic and foreign steel bridge structure projects, including Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge, Shanghai Minpu Bridge, Jiujiang Yangtze River Second Bridge, Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge, Wajilabad Bridge Steel Tower in New Delhi, India and has created 5 “Top 1” bridges in the world and 3 “Top 1” bridges in China; Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge and Jiujiang Yangtze River Second Bridge have won “China Construction Engineering Luban Prize”, and Taizhou Bridge and Chongqi Bridge and other projects have won “Steel Structure Gold Prize of China” (National Quality Project).
